2009-2011 Energy Efficiency Utility Contract
After a competitive solicitation in 2005, the Public Service Board ("Board") selected Vermont Energy Investment Corporation ("VEIC") to serve as Vermont's Energy Efficiency Utility ("EEU") for the 2006-2008 time period, with an option to renew the commitment for up to an additional three years. The Board negotiated a performance-based contract with VEIC for these services. In 2008 the Board decided to renew the contract for an additional three years, and negotiated a contract extension amendment. This page contains the portions of the Board's contract with VEIC for EEU services that apply to the 2009-2011 period. Attachments A through H and K apply only to the 2006-2008 time period, and therefore are not shown below.
