Hi Folks, For cost-effectiveness screening BED uses the current version of the Vermont Statewide Field Screening Tool - 2009 Approved Tool Version SST09b (attached in the recent EVT email from George Twigg).   

This tool was developed by Green Energy Economics Group, Inc. for the Vermont Dept. of Public Service.  Portions of the tool were previously developed by Resource Insight, Inc. and revised by Optimal Energy, Inc.
