EEU Cost-Effectiveness Screening E-mail Service List,

Attached are three items from Efficiency Vermont, as requested by the Public Service Board staff memo of May 14, 2009: 

1.       A presentation regarding Efficiency Vermont's current cost-effectiveness screening practices 

2.       An electronic version of the screening tool used by Efficiency Vermont

3.       A memo regarding future considerations for screening of unregulated fuels

When opening the screening tool, you must click "enable macros" for the program to work properly. Note that there are a number of tabs at the bottom left corner of the spreadsheet that allow you to display different information and input options (e.g., single custom input, multi-measure input, etc.).
