This note is a reminder of the follow-up meeting on geographic targeting, to be held this Wednesday, February 21, from 9:00-12:00 at the offices of Efficiency Vermont, 255 South Champlain Street, in Burlington.

For your information, here is a recap of the action items that I noted from our February 7 meeting:

1. CVPS agreed to provide EVT with an updated list of premise locations for geographic targeting (specifically reflecting the smaller southern loop area) by February 16th.

2. GMP, CVPS and VEC will circulate, by February 20, information on each targeted area in the “template” defined at the February 7 meeting.

3. GMP, CVPS and VEC will examine whether data previously provided to EVT designating customer premises for targeting can be improved. This will include checking their information against the tabulations from EVT regarding % of premises in each town by the February 21 meeting.

4. Ann Bishop will investigate the potential use of 911 data for the February 21 meeting.

5. GMP, CVPS and VEC will investigate what GIS information may be of use in identifying targeted areas and customer premises.

6. EVT has asked the utilities whether maps can be provided that would help with identification of targeted areas and customer premises.
