INFORMATION FOR PROSPECTIVE TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROVIDERS
Companies wishing to apply for certification to provide telecommunications
services in Vermont must complete a registration form after reviewing the
numbered documents below. Please make sure that the form is filled
out completely and includes the required attestation before filing with
the Public Service Board. All applicants must first be registered
with the Vermont Secretary of State
to do business in Vermont.
