    Correction 11/22/99 -- There was a typo in the answer to the EEU Bidders' question 3.  The proxy values for the Customer Credit program differ from year to 
    year.  The correct figures are: $200,000 for the year 2000; $300,000 for the year 2001; and $385,000 for the year 2002.  The correct figures were included in
