The Vermont Public Service Board ("Board") is seeking an independent contractor to serve as Vermont's Energy Efficiency Utility ("EEU") from January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2008.  The official Request for Proposals, along with its appendices, is available by clicking on the links below.  If you are not able to download a file, please contact the Clerk of the Board at 802-828-2358.

The Board solicited written comments on a draft of this Request for Proposals, and held a workshop on April 20, 2005, to discuss the comments that it received.  A transcript of this workshop is available for a fee from Capitol Court Reporters at 802-863-1338.  In addition, the Board will post on this website written responses to the issues raised in the comments shortly.
