8.500 Regulation of Rates:
Procedures to be used in the Investigation or Setting of Rates.
8.510 Federal and State Rules.
In any proceeding to set or investigate the rates charged by a cable television system, if the Board has been certified by the Federal Communications Commission to regulate such rates, the Board will act in a manner consistent with the Rules of the Federal Communications Commission and with Federal law. The Board will also act in a manner consistent with Vermont law and precedent and with these rules, to the extent they are not preempted or superseded.
