Workshop on Proposed Amendment to Board Rule 5.409

On February 26, 2008, Vermont Electric Power Company, Inc. ("VELCO"), filed a petition with the Public Service Board ("Board") for amendment of Board Rule 5.409, which addresses cost increases in projects that have received certificates of public good under 30 V.S.A. § 248.

Workshop
On July 24, 2008, the Board convened a workshop at which VELCO gave a presentation illustrating the issues behind its proposed amendment to Rule 5.409.
