Normally these are submissions by parties or other outside persons. If you do not own Word or Excel, or would rather not open unknown documents, Microsoft has a free viewer that will open documents created with all versions of Word for Windows through Word 2000 and version 4.x and later of Microsoft Word for Macintosh, and another that will open spreadsheet files created with Excel for Windows® (versions 2.0 and greater) and Excel for the Macintosh® (versions 2.2a and greater) spreadsheet files. The Viewers will also print files. Download the Word Viewer (3.7 MB) or obtain additional information and other versions from Microsoft. Download the Excel Viewer (3.8 MB) or obtain more information from Microsoft. The Board also posts
documents in Adobe Acrobat format (.PDF). If you would like to view
Adobe Acrobat files and do not already have Adobe Acrobat Reader
installed, please click on the button to go to the Adobe website. Adobe
