Welcome to Room 11! Hello, I am Mrs. Thibault a second grade teacher in room
11. We enjoy reading and math, but most of all we love working together and
having fun! Currently our class is studying the polar regions. We just visited
the bottom of the world, Antarctica. Here we looked at the climate, vegetation
and animals. Everyone loved the penguins. After vacation we will journey to the
top of the world, the Arctic! We will begin our visit with one of the most
exciting races in the world, the Iditarod. I have followed this race for the
past three years and it is definitely the last great race! Share your child's
classroom adventure by following the Iditarod race at home with them.
