Preliminary Sales Study

The Tax Department and NEMRC automated the transmission and editing of the property sales data in 2010 with the goal of making this process easier and more efficient.  Sales data is sent to each municipality electronically.  A new sales module in the NEMRC Grand List program allows each municipality to download and edit the sales data and ultimately return it to PVR by computer. The process is largely unchanged for 2012 with a few refinements in reporting and printing including reports to excel!
