Tax Credits

Vermont Downtown and Village Center Tax Credit
- 32 V.S.A. § 5930cc

Purpose: To stimulate private investment, create jobs, restore historic buildings, and jump start the revitalization seen in Vermont's Designated Downtowns and Village Centers

Provides for three types of tax credits:
(a) Historic rehabilitation tax credit;
(b) Facade improvement tax credit; and
(c) Code improvement tax credit.
