Vermont Earned Income Credit - 32 V.S.A. § 5828b

Purpose: Assist working citizens who meet income eligibility requirements.

Credit Amount: 32% of Federal earned income tax credit. Can be used as payment toward income tax liability. This is a refundable credit.

Credit Limitation: Must be qualified for and receive Federal earned income tax credit.
