• The Verify and Submit Section has been split into two separate sections allowing users to more easily review the property transfer return prior to submitting
• Town names have been added to the SPAN dropdown
• Multiple exemption reasons can now be selected in the Act 250 Disclosure section
• Comment section has been added to allow the closing party to include notes on the paper property tax transfer return filed in the towns
• The Draft document has been formatted to look similar to the Final property transfer tax return for easier review
• A Save or Print Draft link has been added
• The Save as PDF link has been renamed to Save or Print Final
