You must file a Property Tax Adjustment Claim every year in order to receive one! Use NEW Form HS-122  to file the claim. The filing due date is April 15, 2013. Claims may be filed up to October 15, 2013 ($15 late filing penalty applies). No Property Tax Adjustment Claims accepted after October 15.
