Property Tax Adjustments
EXTENSION OF TIME NOT AVAILABLE
An extension of time to file an income tax return does NOT apply to Form HS-122.
Property tax adjustment claims are accepted only up to October 15th of the current year.
A Homestead Declaration must be filed even past the October due date.
