The building will be located between Sheepcote dormitory and the Field House, facing what is now the gym parking lot which will be replaced by a traditional green. The gym parking lot will be relocated to the rear of the Field House, and will allow for the creation of 180 additional parking spaces on terraces contructed between the Field House and Fairbanks Field.
